Vigenin, who is a Rapporteur of the European parliament for IPA , outlined the main changes of the new Regulation and the positions which the European Parliament defends in the negotiations

The Board of Governors of the European Endowment for Democracy, in which participate Bulgarian MEP Kristian Vigenin as a representative of EP, appointed Jerzy Pomianowski /Poland/ for executive director of the Fund.
