The international programme of BSP for young leaders was completed successfully

Twelve young men and women, representatives of the countries of Southeastern Europe and the Black Sea region, ended the programme for young leaders, which took place from 30 September to 06 October at the invitation of the leader of BSP and President of the Party of European Socialists Sergey Stanishev.
The closing ceremony of the week-long programme was held in the National Assembly with the participation of Kristian Vigenin /MEP and Secretary for Foreign Affairs of BSP/ and the Head of the Bulgarian Socialists delegation in the European parliament Ivaylo Kalfin. Vigenin did not hide his satisfaction from the results of the future European leaders and said that he hopes to meet with them very soon in the near future.
Participants in the programme were 12 young men and women from: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Romania, Serbia, Moldova, Albania, Macedonia, Croatia and hosts from Bulgaria - people with strong political commitment and ambition for the establishment of social democratic values and ideas not only for their own countries.
The aim of the programme was to enable young people to be acquainted with the Bulgarian political life, the functioning of institutions at national and local levels, and the Bulgarian experience in the membership of Bulgaria in the European Union.
